PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC for short) is a nonionic cellulose ether high-molecular compound, which is obtained by modifying natural cellulose (such as cotton fibers and wood pulp) through alkalization and etherification reactions. It appears as white or off-white powder/granules, odorless and tasteless, with good fluidity and no visible impurities to the naked eye.
Product Usage
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) is widely used in the construction and building materials industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry and daily chemical industry due to its core properties such as water retention, thickening, film formation and adhesion.
