Lauryl hydroxysulfonyl betaine is an excellent amphoteric surfactant, usually a light yellow transparent liquid with a pH value of 6.0-8.0 and a density of approximately 1.1 (at 20℃). It has good water solubility, with a water solubility of 680g/L at 20℃.
Product Usage
Lauryl hydroxysulfonyl betaine, as a mild and highly efficient amphoteric surfactant, is mainly applied in the personal care field and is a key ingredient in products such as shampoo, body wash, foaming facial cleanser, and hand sanitizer. In the industrial field, it can also be used as a drilling fluid treatment agent in oilfield exploitation, an industrial cleaning agent, and a softener and antistatic agent in the textile industry.
