Aluminium Chloride Hydroxide CAS# 12042-91-0
Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH) is a complex inorganic salt that consists of complex basic aluminium chloride. ACH is a soluble aluminum complex. It is believed that ACH acts as an antiperspirant by precipitating inside the eccrine sweat glands to produce insoluble aluminium hydroxide, which then plugs the gland.
Product Usage
Aluminum hydroxide chloride, as an inorganic high-molecular flocculant with strong adsorption capacity, high flocculation efficiency and wide applicable pH range, has a wide range of applications: In the field of water treatment (core application), it can be used for municipal sewage, industrial wastewater (such as printing and dyeing, electroplating, and papermaking wastewater), and drinking water purification. It can adsorb suspended particles, colloidal substances and heavy metal ions, reduce turbidity, COD and color, and has a low residual aluminum content.
